I am going to show you how you can enable or disable a Windows 10 user account
First go to search and write cmd. On Command Prompt click on Run As administrator. If you do not see it like me right click on the app and on the menu select Run as administrator.
On command prompt write net user to see all users.
If you wish to deactivate a user just write the following command: net user mark /active:no
Now the user is deactivated.
If you wish to enable it just write net user mark /active:yes
